The company provided me with all the necessary occupational training to do my job effectively, and my working tools and technology were always in good working condition. I also had easy access to all the information I needed to do my job properly, which was a huge help.

There were certainly some areas where the company could improve. One of the main challenges I faced was a lack of opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. I felt that there was limited investment in employee development, and it was difficult to progress or take on new responsibilities.

Leadership. I don't my manager (or any other) understands what the roles is about and that it is not always about words, but about goals, too. It rubs me the wrong way - I feel like I do a lot of work my colleagues were supposed to do with ZERO recognition and everyone pretends it is OK.

We do not have regular feedback sessions.

I would suggest that more opportunities for constructive feedback and goal-setting discussions with supervisors would be beneficial. Additionally, improving the sense of camaraderie and teamwork among colleagues would also be an important aspect to focus on in the future.

The projects we work on are exclusive and superb. Some of great brands are our customers.

I strongly agree that the company provided adequate training opportunities to improve my skills and knowledge, and I always felt supported in my growth as a professional. I appreciated the opportunities for continuous advancement and the autonomy I had within my working responsibilities. I also felt that the company recognized individual’s achievements, which helped to create a positive and motivating work environment.

I wanted to move to the HR department but there seemed to be no opportunity for me.

I have to say that I appreciate the open line of communication with my supervisor. Whenever I had any questions or concerns, I knew who to ask and felt comfortable approaching them. I also felt that my opinions were heard and valued, which is a big plus in my book

Information was readily available and that employees were well informed about company matters and strategy. The overall communication within the company was also described as transparent.

I am feedbacking about my workload and how it is distributed but I am not exactly getting any answers. Frustrating!

Overall, I feel that the company did a great job in offering benefits that enhance the work-life balance of its employees.

I want to move ahead in my career and receive higher salary and better benefits. It is not an option here at the moment.

The benefits are just a standard boring package you will get everywhere. They are ok, but I would appreciate some upgrade.
